Okay, so I saw the JS Marcie wedge when I was shopping the Heels.com sale recently (last post), and I went back to get them and they were already sold out. I ended up finding them on Zappos, but for a much higher price. Fortunately, their return policy allows me to shop around in the meantime while I hang onto them. As for the Shoemint Lambert...I had a 10% off code I had to use by the end of the month and I caved. I keep telling myself I'm going to stop buying shoes from them, but somehow they always draw me back in! LOL.

Finally...A Purchase!

Whew, this semester has been hectic and I'm whipping through life as quickly as I can while still maintaining my high standards. That hasn't left me a whole lot of time for shopping, but I finally had some time today so I wanted to share with you what I got!

I know, my taste in shoes (and fashion in general) is all over the place. What I wear really depends on my mood and what I happen to be inspired by on any given day. Lately, I've really been into colors and color-blocking, if you can't tell from the first two shoes I bought. The Steve Madden's were a last-minute add from my wishlist - just because I don't usually find a lot of flats that I like and you can never go wrong with glitter and studs, especially when they're together! They are also available in fabulous gold and silver colors, which are extremely tempting.

Shoedazzle!

I've known about Shoedazzle for a while, but I just never really browsed their site. They are definitely a lot cheaper than Shoemint, which I do shop at. They also have a better return policy - I am thinking about cancelling my Shoemint account for now as a result - unless they either make their shoes cheaper, provide more coupon codes, and/or revise their refund policy.

Anyway, I made my first Shoedazzle purchase today. Check it out:

Aren't they cute? They are like ballerina shoes, but with an espadrille. On top of that, I'm a nut for fuchsia. They also had an ivory color, but I could foresee those getting dirty very quickly.

I'm sorry for my very slow lag in posts lately, I have been very busy with school and work. On top of that, I have been doing spring cleaning and purging a lot of items out of my closet in preparation for warmer weather. As a result, I haven't been buying anything since usually the purging process makes me realize just how much stuff I have. LOL!

6pm.com is having a really great end-of-season sale, if you want to go check it out! There were so many cute shoes on sale, but I ended up only getting one pair (though at one point I had about 10 in my cart). I thought these were cute, but when I saw the video and how they look when worn...AMAZING! Had to have them.

Obsessed with Bakers

I got my Wild Pair Daisy 2 from Bakers today, and I am obsessed!! I didn't really think I would like them as much as I do. The solid black one is gorgeous, and I'm so sad that the taupe disappeared. The red is pretty as well, but I won't get as much use out of them - and the solid color just goes well with the style. The picture does not do justice to how the shoe looks in person! If only there were more colors available, I would probably buy them all. They certainly aren't the first pair of shoes I've regretted not buying sooner, and they probably won't be the last. :(

I have been buying so many shoes from Bakers lately, it's crazy. I am obsessed, checking for sales every day! Here are some items on my wish list:

Scallops Just As Yummy On Shoes

Hope you all had a great Leap Day yesterday! It has been a crazy week for me because I have finals next week and things are moving at warp speed. I did manage to do a little online shopping today, though. 

Shoemint Chloe

I saw a sneak peek of these shoes back when Shoemint first launched, they were featured in a picture with Rachel Bilson and a bunch of shoes on the ground beside her. Since then, I had been very impatiently waiting for them to be available and here they finally are, available for March! I couldn't pass up getting all 3 colors. I tried to limit myself to 1 pair, but Shoemint's shoes sell out quickly and I didn't want to chance changing my mind later on. I think the taupe and turquoise are more appropriate colors for this style of shoe (coral and other pastels would have been gorgeous too), but black is just so versatile that I ended up getting them too.

Messeca Leslie OTK Boots

As you know, I'm a huge fan of OTK boots, and these popped up on Myhabit today. I debated whether or not to get them since winter is almost over, but the fact that there was only one available in my size and I had some credits to spend made me get them anyway. There is actually a lot of snow on the ground where I live, so I will still be able to get some use out of them.

My DSW and Bakers orders should be arriving today and tomorrow - I love getting packages!! Can't wait.
